Novi (born 11 April 1973) is a Montenegrin footballer player who started playing for various clubs in his native country of Yugoslavia. He then moved to the U.S. and played professionally outdoors for the Rochester Raging Rhinos and indoors for the Kansas City Attack, Chicago Storm, Chicago Riot and Detroit Ignition.

After retiring from professional soccer, Novi has focused on the development of youth players in the Illinois and Indiana area. Over the last 10 years, Novi has established his program as one of the top premier clubs in the Northwest Indiana area.

Novi's expertise in soccer and dedication to his players will continue as the Indiana Elite FC program grows. Novi founded the club in order to bring a different level of training, play and experience to the Northwest Indiana area. His goal was to build a club that prides itself in working hard and playing the game with respect and passion. Novi believes that building a foundation of basic soccer skills at a young age is the ground work for developing into a successful player in the future.
